Hi, I'm Vitalii Grebnev Reinforcement learning enthusiast. I hold a master's degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Volgograd State University (VolSU). Currently, I am a 4th-year PhD student at Volgograd Technical State University (VolSTU). Previously, I worked as a Data Scientist at a European startup, focusing on time series prediction and forecasting. Most of the projects there were related to renewable green energy, such as solar and wind generation.

Today, I am interested in Reinforcement Learning and everything related to this field. I worked for 2 years as a Machine Learning - Reinforcement Learning Engineer at NTS (New Telecom Solutions), where we developed software and conducted experiments focusing on Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (MARL). Our goal was to improve the performance of Base Stations (BS) and increase throughput to enhance user experience.

Reinforcement Learning is the future of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It's essential to understand its basic principles and ideas to stay informed and engaged in the rapidly evolving technological world.

Now, I want to create a Reinforcement Learning course for beginners. This course will guide you step by step to become a Reinforcement Learning engineer and explore the fascinating world of RL.
